Dear Parents,
We are sincerely looking forward to welcoming both our new and returning students tomorrow but we just wish to bring some items to your attention.
Lunches
Our hot meal providers are The Lunchbag following on from their successful tender. This is a continuation for most students with activation codes but we are still waiting for activation codes for our new students. I have just spoken with the provider who has advised that they have been posted to us, so we will send them out as soon as they are received.
Uniforms
The new uniform which was introduced last year has proved very successful. However, we would ask that you ensure that your child's name is written on each item, as there was some confusion last year when names were not present on the clothing.
Transport
It has come to our attention that some of the bus contractors are yet to make contact regarding travel arrangements. The Contractors are not sourced or employed by the school, but rather by Bus Eireann. We will again make contact with Bus Eireann regarding this issue and see if we can ascertain why this contact has not been made, and ensure that some clarity is received from the contractors. We share your frustrations with the transport issues.
